What is Tyrfil®
TyrFil® is a liquid two-component polyurethane consisting of a prepolymer and a catalyst. The two components are mixed through a professional pump and injected into the tire through the valve.
The chemical reaction occurs in about 24 hours, resulting in a flexible elastomer that retains the deflection properties of an air tire, but without the risk of puncture or blowout.
Even if there are cuts or punctures, the material does not leak out, ensuring operational continuity and safety.

Wheels filled in with TyrFil® fully meet the new construction site requirements inherent in operator safety regulations, especially for machines equipped with a man basket (aerial platforms) and telescopic forklifts that, due to production needs, operate in continuous motion.
